Stripe’s Global Product Strategy &amp; Operations team is a small, high impact team. We help run the Global Product organization, which is responsible for helping Stripe and our users expand globally, as well as one of Stripe’s fastest-growing payments business: Adaptive Pricing. We develop the long-term strategic plan for products, drive an operating model that allows the organization to operate at scale, and design and incubate high impact 0→1 initiatives. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle most for Stripe.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>In this role, you will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems that benefit our users.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes</li> <li>Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs</li> <li>Drive analysis and research to help inform our overall strategy and make the right growth decisions for global products</li> <li>Help shape the product roadmap for the Global Product business through robust gathering of competitive intelligence, user insights, and data analysis.</li> <li>Advise Product, Engineering, GTM &amp; cross-functional leadership teams on where resources should be deployed to maximize long-term strategic value.</li> <li>Partner with Finance to drive planning processes, including investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs.</li> <li>Maintain a pulse on the financial health of the Global business, highlighting key metrics and trends and developing action plans to drive improvements.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</span></p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, or highly analytical role at a technology company, or similar experience in management consulting.</li> <li>Ability to add structure and clarity to ambiguous, open-ended problems, and distill complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by a track record of driving alignment and complex decisions with senior cross-functional leaders.</li> <li>Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in influence-without-authority environments and contexts with a high degree of ambiguity.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users.</li> <li>A “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in a fintech or payments-focused technology company.</li> <li>Experience working on market entry strategies for businesses expanding globally.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working with SQL and using data to identify trends, generate insights and solve problems.</li> <li>A track record of bringing new products to market and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion with a high bar for quality.</li> <li>Familiarity with financial reporting, P&amp;L management, or business forecasting.</li> <li>Experience in leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance analysis or improve operational processes.</li> </ul>
