That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Analyze financial or operational performance of the company to identify or recommend remedies.</li> <li>Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct financial analyses related to investments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create client presentations of plan details.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain client and cross functional relationships.&nbsp;</li> <li>Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems or to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and own models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Inform investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as a financial partner for analysis and evaluation of strategic projects and investments (e.g. foundational investments or business model shifts).&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare plans of action for investment, using financial analyses.&nbsp;</li> <li>Design and provide analytical rigor to measure efficiency and ROI of investments, and influence decision-making.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <p>Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a Strategy Finance/FP&amp;A role.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position requires the following:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience utilizing Excel/Gsheet and SQL to build financial models and provide financial analyses, evaluate and test various scenarios;</li> <li>3 years of experience understanding and evaluating investment opportunities (return on investment analyses) to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals;</li> <li>3 years of experience preparing accurate and insightful financial reports for stakeholders; and</li> <li>3 years of experience creating and managing budgets, as well as developing accurate and dynamic financial forecasts leveraging Excel/gsheet and data sources.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary</strong>:<strong> </strong>$179,088 – $220,800/yr.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.</p> <p>40 hrs/week</p> <p>50% Telecommuting Permitted.</p> <p>Multiple Positions Available.</p> <p>Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. <strong>NY05 <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-DNI</span></strong></p>
