That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.</span></p> <h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Strategic Accounts team aims to help Stripe’s most critical customers grow their business using modern infrastructure to power inventive business models, lower costs, and enable superior experiences for their customers.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Strategic Account Executive you will work with Stripe's largest and most critical customers to help grow their business.&nbsp;</span></p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be responsible for revenue growth for 1-3 of Stripe’s most strategic customers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop both the long-term vision and account strategy for the team and manage day-to-day relationships, both internal and external</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be accountable for increasing revenue and stickiness of your customers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's solutions to meet customer needs</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are looking for a highly experienced sales executive who is a self-starter, demonstrates success dealing with ambiguity, operates in a high-growth environment, and solves complicated problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience navigating complex strategic sales, working with internal and customer executives on a regular basis, superior communication skills, and a knack for understanding complex customer needs.&nbsp;</span></p> <h3><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum Requirements</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">15+ years of technology sales experience, specifically with a minimum of 6 years managing 1-2 strategic/global accounts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience d<span style="font-size: 10pt;">riving complex strate</span>gy and relationships at multiple levels</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated passion for Stripe’s mission</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
