By blending data-driven insights with compelling storytelling, we serve as strategic advisors to our leaders and shape the future of Stripe.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To support our long-term objectives in the region, we are seeking a strategic partner to scale our Technology&nbsp; teams across APAC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. We are looking for colleagues who value a continuous learning environment and are committed to improving our processes through thoughtful experimentation and collaborative feedback.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals</li> <li>Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe</li> <li>Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels</li> <li>Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>You have 8 - 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)</li> <li>You have experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor&nbsp;</li> <li>You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.</li> <li>You have a proven track record of engaging passive talent and building pipelines that align with long-term organizational goals.</li> <li>You take a data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency.</li> <li>You possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
