About the role

Cursor is hiring a senior individual contributor to own and scale our AWS hypescaler partnership at a critical stage of enterprise growth. This role is responsible for turning strong inbound cloud interest into a repeatable, revenue generating motion, with AWS Marketplace as a primary lever for deal acceleration and expansion.

This is a hands on, execution first role. You will personally drive early wins, define how we work with AWS in the field, and establish the foundation for a scalable hyperscaler motion over time. Success is measured by accelerated enterprise deals, expanded deployments, and partner-influenced revenue, not certifications or program complexity.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end AWS partnership, with a primary focus on AWS Marketplace strategy, execution, and optimization

  • Build and maintain senior field relationships across AWS sales, specialist, and partner teams

  • Drive co-sell motions that accelerate enterprise pipeline and unblock large deals

  • Define how AWS partners engage with Cursor Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams

  • Personally execute early deals while establishing repeatable operating patterns

  • Track and report AWS-influenced pipeline, revenue, and deal velocity

  • Identify when and how to expand the hyperscaler motion based on proven signal

You may be a fit if

  • 8+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or cloud GTM roles in enterprise software or AI

  • Deep, hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace and co-sell motions

  • Existing senior AWS relationships that can be activated quickly

  • Proven track record of using cloud partnerships to drive real enterprise revenue

  • Strong execution bias and comfort operating without heavy structure

  • Ability to work tightly with Sales, Solutions, and executive leadership
