Cursor
Partnerships Lead, GSIs & SIs
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
We're in-person with cozy offices in North Beach, San Francisco and Manhattan, New York, replete with well-stocked libraries.
We're hiring a senior individual contributor to build and lead our GSI partnerships motion, turning active usage and inbound interest from top consulting and systems integrators into structured, revenue driving relationships.
This role is execution heavy by design. You will personally develop senior GSI relationships, shape how integrators sell and deploy Cursor, and prove leverage in enterprise deals before the function scales. Success is measured by partner-influenced pipeline, deal acceleration, and expanded enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
Own and build strategic relationships with global systems integrators actively engaging with Cursor
Convert early usage and interest into defined GTM motions and revenue outcomes
Work directly with partner teams on enterprise opportunities, deployments, and customer expansion
Define engagement models between GSIs and Cursor Sales, Solutions, and GTM teams
Personally drive early execution while shaping a repeatable GSI operating model
Establish clear success metrics and track partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
Advise leadership on when and how to scale GSI investment based on signal
Requirements
8+ years of experience of direct experience working with major GSIs in AI, cloud, or enterprise software contexts
Existing senior-level relationships within top consulting or systems integration firms
Proven ability to turn services partners into revenue-producing GTM channels
Strong executive presence with a hands-on, builder mindset
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure while executing
